You probably want to know deep, personal information like where I grew up and if I have a significant other. I'm not allowed to discuss my conception or my birth, so I'll say that the stork delivered me to my parents sometime in 1979. Shortly after, my parents split up. It wasn't my fault. I lived with my mother and sister and was raised by the television. My very first crush was on Peter Scolari (Bosom Buddies).

Not being athletic type and the corrective devices on my head not exactly helping in the looks department, I turned to writing. Even without the corrective devices, I fully embrace my inner dorkiness.

I grew up around Alabama, but moved to north Georgia for a while. Now I live somewhere much warmer. I grumble about the heat, but when I go outside, I'm greeted by exposed flesh of all colors and attractiveness and sign my lease for another year. Someday I hope to live in or near Canada. They shoot lots of movies in Canada these days.

In addition to being a freelance writer and a designer by hobby, I'm an ordained minister by the Universal Life Church and a "Doctor of Motivation" (it's a title with no meaning). You may call me Reverend Kat.
